We've got multiple genetic projects collecting SNP data through Diversity Arrays Technology moving forward on several threatened cod species: Assessing genetic diversity in Trout Cod in Bendora Dam; Assessing hybridisation between Murray Cod and Trout Cod in Cataract Dam; Assessing wild and hatchery genetic diversity in Eastern Freshwater Cod and Assessing wild and hatchery genetic diversity in Mary Cod. We've just sent off some fish for genotyping, so I have about as much of a clue about what I'll be telling you about as you do at this point in time, other than the results will be quite exciting, insightful and are going to contribute to improving the management of these threatened species.
